  • 0% Increase: If current rent is equal to, higher than, or up to 10% below the market average.
  • 5% Maximum: If current rent is between 11% and 20% below the market average.
  • 10% Maximum: If current rent is between 21% and 30% below the market average.
  • 15% Maximum: If current rent is between 31% and 40% below the market average.
  • 20% Maximum: If current rent is more than 40% below the market average (Statutory Maximum Cap).
