3. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects billed in milestones:

Payment for completed and approved milestones is non-refundable
If you cancel before a milestone is started, that milestone payment will be refunded
Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be prorated based on completion percentage

4. SaaS & Platform Subscriptions

For subscription-based products (Artin SmartAgent, Hunter AI, etc.):

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; no refunds for partial months
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 14 days if no significant usage
Free trial periods do not require payment

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we offer up to two rounds of revisions within the project scope at no additional cost. We work collaboratively to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
