• Unified Contract System: All private sector employees must be on fixed-term (limited) contracts.

• 30 Days / Year (Year 6 onwards): For every year beyond the 5th year, you receive 30 calendar days of basic pay per year.
• Pro-Rata Fractions: Days and months worked in the final partial year are calculated proportionately.
